MYKI Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Dispatched via trusted courier partners for safe delivery.

  • A tracking number is shared by email once the order is packed.

Delivery Timelines (after dispatch)

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 working days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 3–5 working days

  • International: 8–10 working days

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays/Public Holidays ship the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid India: Free

  • COD: ₹50

Important Notes

  • Timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delays may occur due to address changes, stock issues, or logistics constraints.

  • Same-day delivery is available only in Mumbai, subject to confirmation via WhatsApp.

International Orders

  • COD not available.

  • Customs duties and local taxes, if any, are buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Precautions

  • Inspect the package before acceptance; refuse if tampered.

  • Record an unboxing video for any damage/mismatch claims.

  • Do not share OTP unless the parcel is received.
