MYKI – Return & Refund Policy
At MYKI, we take great pride in the quality of our premium jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.
• No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color/finish.
Mandatory Opening Video
• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory to process any return request.
• The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the product along with the packaging.
• Return requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
Return Request Timeline
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return & Refund Process
• Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
• After we receive and verify the returned item:
• A ₹100 deduction will be made towards return shipping charges.
• The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
Important Notes
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for refund.
• MYKI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
